LeptonTaggers: schedule new trainings and clean up interface, add PLIT to MUON1

This MR schedules the new PLIT trainings for muons (IsolationSelection/2024-08-02/PLIT/) and adds a few improvements for a cleaner interface.

Additionally, it adds the PLIT discriminant output to the MUON1 derivation. (It is already added to MUON5 from the previous MR !71458 (merged))

It was tested that both MUON5 and MUON1 derivations run successfully with this change.
