Adjust triggerDecisionTool config for analysis

While running on DAOD produced with AODSlimmed trigger navigation, @lshi rightfully observed some inconsistent configuration of the TriggerDecisionTool between the trigger analysis config and the corresponding CA config, which automatically adjusts the HLTSummary based on the file content

This updates the analysis configs to use the same automatic configuration.
