Remove references to deprecated TruthLabelDeltaR and ConeTruthLabelID variables

Follow up to !74054 (merged) which removed the JetQuarkLabel directory and disabled the computation of the TruthLabelDeltaR and ConeTruthLabelID variables. Remove references to those variables, mostly in Derivation configs.

These are superseded by HadronConeExclTruthLabelID, see FTAG documentation
