Fix of the SlowMuon reconstruction after CI issues
Fixes of the slow particle reconstruction. These changes were previously merged (see commit here), but reverted due to inconsistencies in CI output. The inconsistencies with the StauSegments have been studied, and it was found that the discrepancy came from the ordering of the segments in the AOD. A simple sorting of stau_cache.outputContainer in MuonInDetToMuonSystemExtension.cxx based on pT was added that resolved this issue.
