DerivationFrameworkART: add MC23 test for all derivations streams

Follow up from !74659 (merged), adding MC23 test for all DerivationFrameworkART streams.

Also, update the script which is producing the test files with:

  • update sample path to MC23 AOD/EVNT
  • mc21 -> mc23
  • 23.0 -> main
