This sweep contains the following MRs:

• !75302 (merged) added local test for ZdcRecConfig and CI test for ZDCCalib data ForwardDetectors, Test
• !75303 (merged) Update MonopoleLooperKiller to only abort the event if a BSM particle is looping. (ATLASSIM-7310) Simulation
• !74473 (merged) [Simulation] EMEC simulation AF3 in G4 Simulation
• !75250 (merged) Introduces configurable InDet.doTRTArToTCorr flag InnerDetector, Tracking
• !75254 (merged) TRT Heavy Ion configuration updated for upcoming HI runs. DQ

Revert the Zdc unit test addition because Zdc reconstruction doesn't seem to run in main. Fixed in separate MR !75348 (merged) (cc @steinber).
