Add q/g transformer configuration at derivation level

Following !75491 (merged) this MR configures the JSSTaggerUtils tool at the derivation level to add the q/g transformer tagger score as decorator of AntiKt04 PFlow jets.

The score computation and decoration has been tested in JETM2/PHYS, but it is turned off in the current version due to some computation issues. A quick MR will follow to add the decoration in the needed format(s).
