Draft: Add q/g transformer configuration at derivation level

Following !75491 (merged) this MR configures the JSSTaggerUtils tool at the derivation level to add the q/g transformer tagger score as decorator of AntiKt04 PFlow jets.

The score is added to JETM2 and PHYS formats.
