Externals Update, main branch (2024.12.15.)

Updated all projects to atlasexternals-2.1.35. It's changes wrt. atlasexternals-2.1.34 are (atlasexternals@2.1.34...2.1.35):

• Introduced Findnlox.cmake in AtlasLCG (thanks to @averbyts);
  • Should allow to simplify (replace?) !76622;
• Updated CheckerGccPlugins for GCC 15 support (thanks to @ssnyder).

Because of the checker update let's do a full-build. Full testing should not be necessary. 🤔
