SCEmulation algorithm fix for problems in etBin list bound detection, resulting in ATR-30648

As it seems, my previous MR !76454 (merged) seems to have presented this weird code, which I assume is an error. The energy value in a particular event (-6k) is lower than the lowest bin in the m_etBin (-4000). Would be nice to get feedback from the SCEmulation's developers.
