Add FastChain workflows to ART tests and update memory configuration for MP/MT scenarios

This MR introduces three FastChain workflows to ART tests, representing three distinct production scenarios with output formats including HITS, AOD, and DAOD. The direct production of the DAOD format was enabled in !77138 (merged).

  • 1A: FastChain workflow running ATLFAST3MT and Hybrid-overlay in MT for MC23a ttbar
  • 2A: FastChain workflow running ATLFAST3F_G4MS and MC-overlay in MP/MT for MC23a ttbar
  • 3A: FastChain workflow running ATLFAST3F_G4MS and Hybrid-overlay in MP/MT for MC23a ttbar

Additionally, it updates the FastChain ART tests running ATLFAST3MT in MT mode, following the fix in !77139 (merged).

Lastly, the art-memory key is added to MP/MT FastChain ART tests to prevent memory failures.
