Resolved a conflict in PhysicsAnalysis/JetTagging/FlavorTagDiscriminants/Root/ConstituentsLoader.cxx and removed the deleted files PhysicsAnalysis/JetTagging/FlavorTagDiscriminants/FlavorTagDiscriminants/IParticlesLoader.h and PhysicsAnalysis/JetTagging/FlavorTagDiscriminants/Root/IParticlesLoader.cxx

Had to apply 2 additional fixes in FlavorTagDiscriminants with d16367e0 due to cppchecker warnings.
