changes for qg tagger (no pre-processing model)

This MR updates relevant parts to have the q/g tagger at the derivation stage, following the issue at the running time from the previous !76531 (merged).

In addition to the changes to the code, now the decoration of the score is added to both JETM2 and PHYS formats.
