Scheduling q/g tagger only in derivations

The intention of !77583 (merged) was to add the q/g tagging variable QGTransformer_ConstScore to PHYS (as discussed with AMG). It was however implemented in such a way that the variable calculation is also being scheduled in RAWtoALL and added to the output of ESDs (not to AODs because we don't store jets in AODs). This was not the intended behaviour and this MR ensures that the variable is only scheduled from AOD to any kind of derivation as previously agreed on.

In short: the QGTransformer_ConstScore was added to the ESD output by mistake (and is schedule for no reason in core reco) and is being removed here again
