Add missing trigID chains to the R4 menu. Deprecate legacy L1Calo in R4 trigID tests. Re-add CI level checking.

  • Applies !77906 (merged) to main (this was reverted in the sweep !78002 (merged))
  • Add missing TrigID chains to the R4 menu. As required by the CI test added by !77906 (merged)
  • (Finally) Deprecate legacy L1Calo by switching to input RDOs which contain supercells.
  • Switch off legacy L1Calo in three Run 4 trigID ART tests
  • Delete remaining legacy chains from Run 4 trigID ART tests
  • Tidy up - remove delayed stream identifiers (no delayed stream in R4)
