Add cTAU50M, eTAU70 and g-2 triggers
This MR adds the cTAU50M and eTAU70 L1 items (converted from a 2-bit cTAUSPARE, and from the eTAU1 not used in normal pp runs), and the following triggers (ATR-30638):

L1_cTAU50M, in the Physics Menu (to monitor thecTAU50Mperformance, with the usual set of single-tau support chains), -
L1_eTAU70_2cTAU50M_DPHI-2eTAU50in the Physics Menu (and a 70+60GeV di-tau HLT trigger with dPhi>2.9), -
L1_2cTAU50M_DPHI-2eTAU50EoF trigger in the Physics Menu (and a 2x50GeV di-tau HLT trigger with dPhi > 2.9), replacing the placeholderL1_DPHI-2eTAU60that was added before.
We would like to request that L1_2cTAU50M_DPHI-2eTAU50 be progressively unprescaled by TRAP.
In case the unique total rates are too high, there is a possibility of raising the cTAU50M to cTAU55M in the L1_eTAU70_2cTAU50M_DPHI-2eTAU50 trigger, so to avoid further changes in the L1Calo online SW, I already added the Medium55 threshold.
We reconfigured the same DPHI-2eTAU60 L1Topo DeltaPhi algorithm instance that we introduced with !76653 (merged) to DPHI-2eTAU50, so this won't produce changes in the Topo3 firmware.
