HLT Calo: Update configuration and add monitoring chains to Physics menu

As requested in ATR-30815, adding the monitoring chains established in !77445 (merged) to the P1_run3_v1 menu.

Also a quick update on the naming of the algorithms to make the suffixes better stand out, as well a disabling some unnecessary histograms for the cell monitoring that could have some impact in the run time.
