TrigT1NSWSimTools: remove deprecated TTree interface

As agreed with @fwinkl and @fpastore in !77524 (closed), the linked MR will be split in some minor ones.

This is the second one: all the previous code instances used to generate the small debug ntuple are fully removed, now replaced by the MuonTester tree infrastructure. More precisely:

  • MicroMegas: complete replacement, in order to not break functionalities.
  • sTGC Pad Trigger: complete removal. Another MR will follow with a new tool reflecting hardware implementation, so no need to add something now.
  • sTGC Strip Trigger: complete removal. Hardware implementation is currently missing, therefore no need to have something in place right now
