TriggerMenuMT: temporarily comment out Anomaly Detection chains in Dev menu

Hello,

The anomaly detection chains introduced in !78373 (merged) (ATR-30826) are causing a huge increase in RAM and a massive slowdown. We have to comment them out until the cause of the problem is understood and fixed.
