Decorate PRD with SDO and SiHit info for Strips as well

This is the follow up !78499 (merged) but for strips

Also added CI test to make sure this functionality keeps working. This test will run HITS->RDO adding SDO and SiHit info, check the RDO content and finally perform RDO->AOD with ACTS. Input HITS files have been added to proper eos directory (few MBs)
