HLTCalo: Properly Separate the CaloClusterMon Instances

The CaloClusterMon chains added to the menu in !78317 (merged) were being mistakenly configured with the same caloclustermon name that meant only the first instance (_FILLED) was used, despite there being separate chains.

This should fix that and finally allow monitoring on random filled, empty and first-empty bunches.
