Draft: Adding DataScouting-based muon calibration chain (ATR-31030)

Adding DataScouting-based muon calibration chain as described in ATR-31030. It adds the chain by converting the existing chains to include the DS part, the existing functionality of the muon calibration setup should not be impacted. This is the 2nd part of the work after adding the muon calibration DS part in MR !79607 (merged).
