FindHJets.cmake Update, 1.0 branch (2019.03.12.)

Attila Krasznahorkay requested to merge akraszna/atlasexternals:HJetsUpdate-1.0-20190312 into 1.0

Fixed the name of the variable in the comment saying which CMake cache variable can be used to point the module at the HJets installation.

At the same time added lib/ as a possible suffix for the library search. In case the HJets developers ever decide to use a more standard layout for their code...

This is a weird MR in the sense that it's a cherry-pick of a cherry-pick. The two related MRs are !454 (merged) and !460 (merged).
