CINT Dictionary Generation Fix, 1.0 branch (2019.12.11.)

Fixed where the CINT dictionary generation would pick up atlas_build_run.sh from.

Unfortunately I copied the code from the master branch (in !576 (merged)), and the build directory layout is a bit different there by now. 😦 Unfortunately I only discovered this in athena!28784 (merged)...
