Add documentation and tests for address-space and x-driver-edge; fix repeat

@tlevens can you have a look (I can't add you as reviewer here)? I quickly added some basic information to the documentation with what I learned and added an edge3 test that parses the cheby file and checks for exceptions during edge3 generation, nothing more.

I also added a fix for the edge3 generation when using repeat.
