GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. The regulated voltage seems to affect the AM calibration. This updates PBv3TBConfigTools::tuneVDDBG to rerun the AM calibration after changing VDDbg.
