Input Current Monitor changes

Calibration now tunes the "full chain" 0 current to be at 100 mV.
Tuning no longer resets to previous settings.

Output Current Monitor changes

Rework tuning procedure to reflect more the input CM tuning procedure.
Calibration test turns the DCDC converter on (required for sensible reading)
