U23 (MCP23018_SO) address pin voltage divider resistor change

The voltage divider we are using on U23 address pin (R93=16k, R94=3k) does not match with any row on the address pin voltage table in the MCP23018_SO datasheet (https://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/22103a.pdf, page 11). Need to replace R93 with 13k so that the address can be one of the rows (A2=0, A1=0, A0=1).
