Added verifications for the ARVE API

Complement to !398 (merged)

  • Added a verification for wether the ARVE API credentials are defined or not. This will avoid having errors when running CAiMIRA locally.

  • Added a verification wether the sensors are offline. If so, the yes option is disabled and a warning is displayed:
