GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Fix a regression https://gitlab.cern.ch/cp3-cms/bamboo/merge_requests/80#note_3225811 from https://gitlab.cern.ch/cp3-cms/bamboo/merge_requests/72 (small oversight when refactoring the systematics), and adds test coverage for this.
