Board manager: add show links command

board-manager show links separates the link table from the show system command and allows filtering based on the following components:

• Link ID
• Board
• Processor
• Port
• Optical module

One can also select the direction: Tx/Rx/any.

It also displays the status of the ports and optical modules.
