Fixed writing register files for lpGBT for OT

This MR should fix #67 (closed) Now also the register file of the lpgbt should be written correctly also for OT modules. I also set the configFileName variable for all OT chips for completeness. Note that the name of the output file with the registers has slightly changed for some chips. Thanks to Mauro for the consultation.
