Calibration scan and analysis review

Summary

This issue target the staring of a review of the available calibration scans and analysis tool in view of the development of the calibration and analyis suites.

The main point to address for each scan are:

  • what is done for each scan
  • if the scan is used and wiith which frequency
  • if it requires improvements or can been improved

The starting point can be a review of the scans already existing in https://github.com/cms-gem-daq-project/vfatqc-python-scripts (and analized with https://github.com/cms-gem-daq-project/gem-plotting-tools)

A presentation on this topic should be done in one of the next meeting to start a discussion, and following that a dedicated issue should be opened for each scan to start the actual description and implementation.
