Visualize the stored monitorables
Summary
As envisioned in the discussion in #76, a way to visualize historical monitoring data should be provided. Possibly (ideally?) through a Web UI.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Apart from extracting monitoring information as JSON files (see #177), a simple visualization tool of historical monitoring data should exist. The features should be minimal to start with and will be extended when needed.
