Fix the gemhardware and gemcalibration module names

Description

This MR fixes the gem::hw and gem::calib module names by replacing them with gem::hardware and gem::calibration, respectively.

Related Issue

This MR partially fixes #7 (closed). The daqmonitor module fix is part of !9 (merged).

How Has This Been Tested?

The code builds, the tests pass and taking a run is still possible.
