Set correct value for GE2/1 constant GPIO_FPGA_DONE_INPUT

Description

This MR sets the constant GPIO_FPGA_DONE_INPUT for the GE2/1 flavour of the code to the correct value of 6. This is required to program the OH FPGA correctly.

Tested on the GE2/1 integration stand.
