Description

This MR implements the S-curve scan using the full tracking data path and the local readout/spy path.

Related Issue

Implements #130 (closed).

How Has This Been Tested?

Taking S-curves on the GE1/1 integration setup where the local readout is available was successful. Te data with the legacy unpacker and DQM looks reasonable.
