Description
This MR adds an unpacker supporting the v301b (CMS prior to August 2022 & GEM 2021 TB) and v302a (CMS since August & GEM spring 2022 TB) data formats. Additionally, a RAW-to-test tool is provided as proof of functionality. It can used for debugging, both of the unpacker or the data format.
