AMC recovery added in configuration step

Description

This MR targets the possibility to recover the AMC during the configuration step, instead of the manual procedure with recover.sh.

How Has This Been Tested?

It has been tested on the coffin setup, even though the throwing of a non vital exception had to be commented out because one of the the OH Tx laser might be faulty and would crash a run. Such an occurrance is not expected in p5.
