Additional details

Requirements:

• #1152 (closed) Ensure we upgrade to the latest stable XRootD version containing the fix for #1099 (closed)
• Changes in "MountType.cpp" affected CLI output of cta-admin. Ops requested to print - for NoMount which needs to be fixed #1139 (closed). We will keep NoMount in the JSON output though (the current NoMount present since release 5.11.5.0-1)
• Update client libraries for CEPH. See #1143 (closed)
• #1163 (closed) Fix cta-admin dis ls not working
• #1164 (closed) Prevent cta-admin sq from listing queues that are not part of the current scheduler
• #1165 (closed) Further isolate 'cta-admin dr' operations between scheduler backends

This release will be done instead of v5.11.7.1-1 #1140 (closed)
