[Tools] Ensure cta-tape-label updates the label_format field

Description

Previously, the field would not be updated in the catalogue. This led to cases where a repacked tape, which previously had a different format, still mentioned the old format in the catalogue, even though after repacking the actual format of the tape was CTA.
