Allow WebDav password change after creation

Francisco Borges Aurindo Barros requested to merge allow-webdavpassword-change into master

It was not discussed initially, https://gitlab.cern.ch/webservices/webframeworks-planning/-/issues/440, but I think we should allow password change.

This MR changes from set and done on creation to editable based on Drupalsite's .spec.
