Draft: Disable TTVA selection by default for leptons

TTVA selections appear to discard most of the muons used for b-jet pT corrections, as discussed in #219 This MR disables it by default for now.

Work is ongoing in Athena to have the TTVA selection part of the working point block configuration, instead of the calibration, to give the possibility to analyses to apply optionally the TTVA in their analysis object selections atlas/athena!70875 (merged)
