Added muon trigger SF config
Similar to !776 (merged) but for muons here
Will need atlas/athena!71968 (merged) hopefully in 25.2.14
Note that mu-tau muon trigger scale factors are currently not available, so only single muon scale factors are configured, to be used as a proxy in the mean time.
