Digitizer updates for EHN1 and to pause readout for Formosa

Fixes crash on undefined board type.

Setup for EHN1 running without TLB, but with monitoring.

Stop digitizer readout during PAUSE state and add script that can pause run for a fixed length of time and automatically resume. Script only pauses run if in physics running with low rate (i.e. no collisions or even ramp).
