Hathor update for mtop fits

Updates in the Hathor reaction to allow fits of the top mass with the chi2scan functionality. Changes include:

  • Bug fix on missing NLO contribution when computing NNLO
  • Switch from one Hathor instance for each TermData to one single global Hathor instance
  • Reload all Hathor parameters at each computation
  • Redirect output except for debugging purposes
  • Change in TermData::getParamD to reload the top mass parameter from term_info
