Remove duplicate parameter definitions, and fix wrong UT TypeB thickness value

The parameter UTSensorSiThickB was fixed by !138 (merged), but later the wrong value was introduced accidentally back by !133 (merged).

This MR is to fix this value again, and clean up duplications in the parameter definitions.
