RICH optics updates

Bartosz Piotr Malecki requested to merge upgrade/bmalecki-rich-detPlanePositions into upgrade/master

This MR introduces a couple of updates in RICH description (optics mainly - for more details see https://indico.cern.ch/event/1058027/contributions/4447527)

  • R1: detector plane position is updated according to the reference in https://edms.cern.ch/document/1390002/2
  • R2: detector plane position is updated with +15 mm offset along the planes in Y-direction (was +10 mm up to now)
  • R2: survey results are applied to the detector plane position (see https://edms.cern.ch/document/2433230/2)
  • R1: update the size of the magnetic shield shelf to match the actual design (now edge at z=1810 mm)

Should be used with SIMCOND!162 (merged) (updated occupancy maps for noise simulation).
