RICH upgrade - update occupancy maps for SIN simulation.

Update the PMT occupancy information used in the SIN simulation after changes in the positions of RICH detection planes (DDDB!96 (merged)). Those are minimum-bias occupancies simulated with Gauss/v55r1 using the standard Run3 conditions (nu=7.6).

Should be merged and used together with DDDB!96 (merged) (although both MRs are independent and will run when applied individually).
