RICH upgrade - update occupancy for SIN simulation.

Update the PMT occupancy information used in the SIN simulation after changes in DDDB!77 (merged). Those are minimum-bias occupancies simulated with Gauss/v54r5 using the standard Run3 conditions (nu=7.6).

Should be merged and used together with DDDB!77 (merged) (although, in terms of backward-compatibility in the software, both MRs are independent and will work individually).
